High-impact marketing materials along with training and assistance in tactical implementation are proven to increase referrals and patient visits.

PROGRESSION ONE: Development

  • Determine target market segments, and marketing goals for each segment (Physicians, Office Administrators, Patients, Case Managers)
  • Develop an Aquatic Therapy Center marketing plan that targets new business growth and highlights the benefits of Phased Progression therapy
  • Support the client’s marketing department in developing custom marketing materials OR provide finished marketing materials to be customized by the client
  • Recommend print, broadcast, multi-media and online public relations tactics that increase awareness for the client
  • Develop referral profiles and a tracking system that monitors activity on a monthly basis
  • Develop sales scripts and talking points for the client’s marketing representatives
  • Assist in strategizing promotional events and tours for the public and potential referral sources

PROGRESSION TWO: Marketing Support

  • Monitor the marketing plan to assess the status of proposed initiatives
  • Participate in sales calls to existing and potential referral sources
  • Participate in marketing and business development conference calls to review referral volume and measure results of sales calls and promotional efforts
  • Assist in annual revisions to the marketing plan
  • Review marketing materials and recommend changes
  • Provide content for newsletters and promotional ads that feature the benefits of Phased Progression aquatic therapy
